Apprenticeship Scheme
Our apprenticeship programme is widely recognised as one of the best in the industry, providing comprehensive training across all areas of truck, bus, and body repair.
We are currently looking for Volvo Technician Apprentices for our depots in Ballyclare, Coleraine, Dungannon, and Newry, along with Bodyshop Apprentices at our Dennison Bodyshop.
Please note that we are not currently accepting applications for JCB Apprenticeships or Parts Apprenticeships.

Volvo Technician Apprenticeship
Join our four-year Technician Apprenticeship, combining hands-on training at a Dennison Commercials Dealerpoint with block training at our Ballyclare depot.
You’ll gain experience in all areas of heavy vehicle maintenance — from engines and transmission to electronic diagnostics — while completing IMI Level 2 & 3 qualifications.
We cover your course fees, travel, and wages, so you can focus on learning, growing, and building a successful career in a Volvo dealership.
Bodyshop Apprenticeship
Our three-year programme combines hands-on training at our Ballyclare Commercial Vehicle Bodyshop with 3–4 days per month at Riverpark Training Centre in Mallusk.
You’ll learn all aspects of vehicle body repair and paint operations under the guidance of an experienced mentor, completing VCQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications.
Gain the skills and experience to succeed in a busy Commercial Vehicle Bodyshop.
